He has the uncanny ability to identify trends and leaders in their infancy and help them realize their potential. He has led and managed investments in over 80 companies, a number of which have today grown attaining leadership position in Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Media & Retailing sectors in India. Besides being on the Board of several companies in the Biotech and Pharma Industry, Nitin also is a member of several policy committees related to Biotech Policy and Funding as well as the agencies associated with funding innovation excellence in India. He has served as the founding Director General, Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises (ABLE). He is member, Board of Governors of Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and member of the CII National Committee on Biotechnology. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of angel investor network and crowd funding platform for start-ups."</p>

A graduate in Pharmacy with a management degree from Mumbai University, Geetha has an experience of around 30 years in the Indian Pharmaceutical industry. Starting her career in Product Management after a brief stint in R & D, her expertise is in Conceptualisation, Strategy formulation and Brand launches. Her work spans across various therapeutic categories having worked with pharmaceutical companies as well as healthcare communication agencies. Currently she practices as a Consultant advising companies on brand strategies and conducting product feasibility studies for international clients.

A Pharmacy graduate with a post-graduation in management from Mumbai University, Lakshmi has about 22 years of experience. Initially started career in the Pharma industry with exposure in QC/QA and R&D - Formulation Development (Herbals) for about 3 years. Post management stint since 2001 has been in Market Research and Consulting. She has held senior management positions and managed all types of adhoc market research studies in the following key sectors viz. Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, FMCG, Financial products & services, Social research, Education, et al. She has also delivered lectures as a visiting faculty at different management colleges in Mumbai. Currently she is a practising Market research consultant and conducts research activities for domestic and international clients.
