PlatPharm Model – How it works?
REGISTRATION & MEMBERSHIP
- Register Online & get log in details as member.
- Each membership is valid for 6 months
- Get access to all resources as a Member
- Continue interactions through this online portal virtually
ASSESSMENT & ANALYSIS
- Psychometric Assessment to be conducted for the member
- Analysis and report to be shared with the Member followed by one-on-one virtual discussion with the Founder Team
RENEWAL
- At the end of six months, the member can decide to renew the subscription (either half -yearly or annual) so as to continue to avail of the Mentor interactions and the
MENTOR MATCHING
- Based on discussions, Mentor matching to be done for each member by the Founder team.
- Access to Mentors will then be given to the Member. All interactions between mentor and mentee to happen strictly through this portal using the unique member page
MENTORING
- Each Member will then have four 30-minute mentoring sessions with the mentor (at a frequency of one session/month)
- Every interaction to be scheduled, tracked and monitored through the unique Member page.
- Review & progress of the Mentoring process will be done at the end of four sessions by the founder team. Focus of this counselling session would be career fit, strengths, development areas, additional skillsets etc. Guidance on career direction would be discussed during this session
Registration Details
Membership for Third / Final year B.Pharm & M.Pharm students
- Online Registration and subscription to PlatPharm half yearly @ Rs.3000 per student
- Special Introductory offer for membership for first 50 students between January 2021 to March 2021 will be Rs.2500 per student
- The subscription charges will cover the membership, psychometric assessment, career counselling and mentoring
- Membership will cease to exist at the end of 6 months from registration unless it is renewed
Renewal of Membership
- Renewal of subscription for the existing members would be:
- Half-yearly subscription - Rs. 1500 per student
- Yearly subscription - Rs. 2000 per student
